Please advise all faculty members and students (graduate and undergraduate) in your department, that nominations for the Killam Teaching Prize for the Faculty of Applied Science are being accepted.
The UBC Killam Teaching Prize recognizes all aspects of outstanding teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Three of these prizes, each having a value of $5,000 and are expected to be awarded within the Faculty of Applied Science in 2010. Students, faculty and alumni may nominate an excellent teacher.
An intention to nominate should be submitted by Monday, November 30th to the Dean’s office Attention: Laura Vigorito. If you have any questions and/or concerns please contact Laura Vigorito directly at lvigorito@apsc.ubc.ca
